Sales of Bottled Mineral and Drinking Water Have Been Steadily Increasing

According to BusinesStat estimates, sales of bottled mineral and drinking water have been steadily increasing in Russia. In 2009 the sales quantity equaled 4.2 billion liters. Most of the sales fall on table water. During the period from 2005 to 2009 its share in the total sales of bottled mineral and drinking water amounted on average to 42%. The sum total of medicinal water and medicinal table water sales occupies approximately the same share.
